Full-Time Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support (Bolton, BL3)

Role Overview
Provide 1:1 support to a primary-aged child with specific learning needs.
Implement and contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Promote confidence and independence within the classroom.
Assist during lessons, breaks and personal care as necessary.
Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to monitor progress.Essential Skills
Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent experience).
Prior experience supporting pupils with SEND.
Excellent resilience, patience and empathy.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).Benefits
