Job Description

Prospero Teaching are seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Ipswich, starting after Easter. This part-time role involves supporting a child with behavioural needs, so previous relevant experience is essential. The position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in a supportive school environment. Candidates must be reliable, patient, and confident in managing challenging behaviour.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
Location - Ipswich
* Position - 1:1 Teaching Assistant
* Contract or position start date - ASAP
* Full time/part time - Part time (2-3 days per week)
* Minimum rate of pay - £95-£105 per day

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Previous TA experience (essential)
Experience working with children with behavioural needs

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional child related references
