The Role - 1:1 Teaching Assistant
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to a Year 4 pupil with ASD, helping them access learning, build confidence, and work towards their individual targets. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide personalised support, promote positive behaviour, and encourage progress and independence throughout the school day. The successful candidate will be patient, dependable, and passionate about helping children with complex needs thrive. Previous SEN experience is essential.
