* A nurturing, patient and consistent approach to supporting children
* A calm, confident presence, particularly when working through behavioural challenges
* Strong communication skills and the ability to follow guidance while using your initiative
* A willingness to adapt and tailor your support to meet individual needs
* An understanding of SEND, EHCPs, or SEMH
What we offer you:
* Competitive weekly PAYE pay
* Roles tailored to your lifestyle — day-to-day or longer term
* Access to exclusive opportunities in great local schools
* A friendly, experienced consultant who listens (hi, I'm Jess)
* Free CPD and ongoing professional development
* A simple ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme
* A warm, supportive agency that genuinely cares about you and your journey
We’re fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. All applicants will undergo thorough vetting, including enhanced DBS (with children’s barred list check and Update Service registration), references, and online checks as part of our compliance process.
