The successful candidate will support a pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Additional Learning Needs (ALN), and challenging behaviour.
From £13.68 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Rate dependent upon experience, training, qualifications, and client rate available.
Requirements
Experience working with children or young people with ASD, ALN, and challenging behaviour
Strong knowledge of positive behaviour support strategies
High levels of empathy, patience, and emotional resilience
Confident working as part of a wider school team and taking direction from teaching staff
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
EWC registration (or willingness to register)
