The Role – 1:1 Teaching Assistant
The role of the 1:1 Teaching Assistant is for a committed and empathetic support staff member with recent experience supporting children with additional needs on a one-to-one basis. The ideal candidate will be patient, consistent, and skilled in implementing strategies to support both learning and development.
