1:1 Teaching Assistant - Mainstream primary school - Daventry, Northamptonshire - Full-time - Immediate start
Are you a relationship builder who can instantly build rapport with a student with ASD on a 1:1 basis?

Tradewind are currently working closely with a brilliant mainstream primary school in Daventry who are looking to recruit an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work in lower KS2. This is a full-time position and you will be required to work from 8:30-3:30 Monday to Friday. These roles are temporary to permanent for the strongest candidates.

Key Responsibilities - 1:1 TA - Daventry, Northamptonshire
Work closely with a student lower KS2 with ASD
Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour using a range of techniques
Build strong relationships with parents
Find creative ways to ensure learners are engaged

Able to commute to or local to Daventry
Passionate about improving outcomes for children with additional needs
