THE ROLE – 1:1 Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with additional needs in either EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on experience and availability. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support, help implement EHCP targets, and ensure the child is fully included in classroom life. The ideal candidate will have a calm approach, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting all learners.
