THE ROLE – 1:1 Teaching Assistant
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to a primary-aged pupil with special educational needs (SEN). Your role will involve helping the child access the curriculum, regulate emotions, and develop key academic and social skills. This position requires patience, consistency, and a nurturing approach. Experience working with pupils with autism, speech and language difficulties, or learning delays is highly desirable.
