SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistants - Cwmbran (Early Years Focus)
Are you a caring and adaptable Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)? We are currently seeking dedicated SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistants to join Early Years settings across Cwmbran, offering essential support for pupils with complex needs.
Your Role:
Provide 1:1 support for pupils with ALN and complex needs
Assist in developing communication, social, and emotional skills
Support learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO
Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environmentRequirements:
Experience supporting children with ALN/complex needs (Early Years experience highly desirable)
A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
