Patience & Empathy: A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach, with a genuine passion for supporting student development. Teamwork & Initiative: Ability to work effectively as part of a team (including teachers, specialists, and parents) and independently. Adaptability: A proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to individual student needs and the changing demands of the classroom.
