Odin Childcare & Education Recruitment has empowered young people outside mainstream education to rebuild confidence and achieve success. With demand rapidly increasing, we’re expanding our team and looking for passionate, experienced tutors ready to make an immediate impact.

The Role

As a 1:1 Tutor, you will:

  * 

    Deliver engaging, personalised tuition in English and Maths

  * 

    Support students in schools, homes, or community settings

  * 

    Close learning gaps and rebuild academic confidence

  * 

    Provide a fresh, tailored approach to education

  * 

    Create meaningful, supportive learning relationships

What We’re Looking For

  * 

    Previous tuition experience

  * 

    Primary or Secondary teaching background

  * 

    Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum

  * 

    Confidence adapting lessons to individual learning needs

  * 

    Calm, patient, and skilled at building rapport

  * 

    DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
