The Role – Year 3 1:1 Behaviour Mentor
We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Behaviour Mentor to support a Year 3 pupil with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. This is a full-time, temporary role starting in September 2025, ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.
Responsibilities include providing consistent 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil with behavioural challenges, implementing strategies to support positive behaviour and emotional regulation & working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and parents/carers
