1‑2‑1 Teaching Assistant - Year 2
Location: Nottingham (NG6 postcode area)

Contract: Full-time, temporary, Sept start
We are recruiting on behalf of a Primary school in Nottingham that has a child who requires 121 support full time from September.
The role:
One‑to‑one support for a Year 2 pupil with behavioural and emotional challenges.
Implement behaviour intervention plans.
Help the pupil manage emotions and engage academically and socially.
Collect and analyse behavioural data.
Collaborate with teachers, behaviour specialists, and parents.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in special education or behavioural support roles.
Familiarity with behaviour management strategies.
A patient, calm, professional approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Educational qualification: high school diploma minimum; degree in education, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
