What Does a 1:1 Tutor Role Involve?
Planning and delivering bespoke lessons based on the pupil's current level and needs
Building strong, supportive relationships that encourage students to re-engage with learning
Following EHCPs or personalised education plans
Completing simple online session reports after each lesson
Working flexibly - during the school day or after school hours, face-to-face or online
Supporting students in a variety of settings - mainstream schools, alternative provisions, or at home

Teaching qualification not required - but experience is essential
