Job Description
Perform reactive and pro-active Mechanical maintenance, repairs, and installations on heating, ventilation, chilled water, and BMS systems. It will be anticipated that some general building repair duties will also be required to be undertaken.
Conduct fault-finding diagnostics to ensure optimal system performance.
Work safely under mechanical permit systems and adhere to health & safety regulations.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and statutory inspections.
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure fast and efficient responses to breakdowns.
Participate in the on-call roster to provide essential support.
