Your Role:
As a 1st Line Support Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients—ensuring queries are handled efficiently, professionally, and with a personal touch. You’ll be the crucial link between users and the wider technical team, playing a key part in delivering top-tier service.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and ticketing system.
* Logging, tracking, and resolving service requests through the ITSM platform.
* Creating and updating user guides and internal documentation.
* Gaining exposure to a wide tech stack including Office 365, Windows, networking, virtualisation, software updates, and backups.
What You’ll Bring:
* At least 1 year of experience in an MSP or IT support environment.
* A customer-focused attitude with clear, confident communication skills.
* Friendly, approachable, and comfortable engaging with users at all levels.
* A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
* Passion for learning new technologies and growing your IT knowledge.
* A curious, solutions-driven approach to understanding how systems work.
* Willingness to contribute to the team and support occasional (paid) overtime when needed.
