The ideal candidates will have at least a year of experience working within a support role in a legal environment. If you have legal secretarial / legal administration experience, then this could be the perfect role for you. Additionally, you will need a professional attitude and a strong educational background, as well as the desire to learn new skills. Excellent deadline management and communication skills are also essential.
Duties:
* Diary management.
* Providing high quality assistance to Attorneys.
* Preparing and filing patent and trade mark applications.
* Managing multiple inboxes.
* Liaising with clients.
* Updating case records within the firm’s IP management system.
* Assisting with invoicing tasks.
