Job Description
Are you a finance professional looking to make a real impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? My client is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team, driving performance across key business units and helping shape our financial future.
What you'll be doing:
🔹 Partnering with Business Units and Cost Centre budget holders, including headcount planning and salary analysis
🔹 Leading accurate and timely month-end closures
🔹 Supporting and presenting in monthly performance meetings
🔹 Managing budgeting, forecasting, and cost performance reviews for a full-site view
🔹 Delivering monthly KPI reports, risks & opportunities assessments, and headcount reporting
🔹 Driving cost control across site overheads and general expenses (production & non-production)
🔹 Collaborating with Programme Managers
🔹 Leading annual costing, standard setting, and weekly material validations
🔹 Contributing to continuous improvement and finance transformation projects
What we're looking for:
✅ Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner (preferably in manufacturing)
✅ SAP proficiency
✅ Strong analytical skills with experience in leading change or process improvements
✅ Proactive communicator and confident presenter
✅ Keen attention to detail and a drive for results
