About You We are seeking a confident, proactive IT professional with: * Strong knowledge of Windows OS (server and client). * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ideally Microsoft 365. * Experience supporting servers, networks, firewalls, desktops, laptops, thin clients, and printers. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, user-friendly support. * A methodical, detail-focused approach, and the ability to work well under pressure. * A flexible, positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a small team. Desirable: * Knowledge of Citrix and VMWare (or similar virtualisation technologies). * Previous experience within financial services. Why Join?
