2nd Line Support Engineer, Poole
As 2nd Line Support Engineer in this dynamic organisation, you’ll take ownership of escalated technical issues, delivering hands-on troubleshooting while collaborating with a skilled team across a broad range of IT systems and services.

2nd Line Support Engineer Responsibilities
Deliver end-user support and manage technical issues.
Set up and maintain hardware, software, and user access.
Monitor systems, resolve faults, and uphold security standards.
Assist with server, cloud, and infrastructure upgrades.
Maintain documentation, coordinate with vendors, and support team goals.
Skills & Experience Required
Technical support experience across desktop, network, and infrastructure.
Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft systems, including cloud and virtual.
Ability to manage service requests, maintaining secure, stable systems.
Communication skills, attention to detail, and collaborative working style.
Confidence to work independently, off own initiative.
