Location: Hitchin (Hybrid/On-site options available)
Salary: £30-40K D.O.E

What You’ll Be Doing
Providing 2nd line technical support across a range of SME clients
Troubleshooting and resolving issues across Windows Server environments
Managing and maintaining Active Directory and Group Policy
Supporting Azure AD / Entra, Office 365, Exchange Online
Participating in system upgrades, migrations, and project work
Contributing to documentation and process improvements
Escalating complex issues where needed and working closely with senior engineersWhat We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a 2nd Line or Systems Administrator role within an MSP (or similarly fast-paced environment)
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, including user/group admin and GPO
Hands-on experience with Azure / Azure AD
Solid understanding of Office 365 administration
Experience troubleshooting Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and backup solutions
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
A proactive approach—keen to learn and comfortable juggling multiple prioritiesBefore You Apply
