If you have 2-4 years' MSP experience and love solving complex technical challenges, you'll feel right at home.
You'll manage escalations, onboard new clients, and work hands-on with: Windows Server * Active Directory * Firewalls * Citrix * VMware/Hyper-V * VeeamWhat We're Looking For
A strong communicator with a customer-first approach
An organised, proactive problem-solver
