3.5T Van Delivery Driver - Multidrop
Location: Rochester
Shift Pattern: 5/6am starts, Monday to Friday, typical shifts 8 - 12 hrs per day.
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
Contract Type: Temp to perm for the right candidate
We are seeking a reliable and experienced van delivery driver for a busy multi-drop role. You will be responsible for delivering a variety of goods, including fire doors and internal/external doors. This role involves frequent deliveries across central London and the surrounding areas, so candidates must be comfortable with city driving and multiple drop-offs.
Our client is a third-party provider of transportation and logistics services, offering a range of solutions including drayage, global freight forwarding, and full truckload transport. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and collaborates with customers to reduce emissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a variety of goods to customers across the wider region and London.
Handle and transport different types of doors
Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely and professional manner.
Adhere to safety protocols and company standards while operating the vehicle.
Load and unload the vehicle either by handballing or sack barrows Requirements:
Full UK driving licence.
Previous multi-drop driving experience is essential
Manual Handling is required
No more than six penalty points on your licence (no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements).
Strong knowledge of the UK road network, particularly London.Benefits:
