Job Description
Madisons Recruitment are looking for two skilled plant operators to join our project team in Banstead. You will be operating excavators (5–8T) and dumpers to assist with garden preparation works. Candidates who can competently operate both machines will be highly preferred.
You will be joining a team on site contributing to the build of a Residential project.
Responsibilities
Clear surface stone and debris using riddle bucket and rake
Place topsoil across garden areas (30–100mm depth)
Grade levels ready for turfing
Requirements
Valid CPCS or NPORS card for Excavator and/or Dumper
Experience operating machines under 10T (5–8T)
Ability to carry out basic site maintenance and follow site safety rules
Strong attention to detail for grading and levelling works
Preferably able to operate both excavator and dumper

Start: 18th August
End: Mid-September 2025
Location: Banstead
Hours: 8 Hours paid
