About the Role
Interaction Recruitment is seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Driver for a busy construction site in Northampton. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with weekly pay and a supportive site team.
Key Responsibilities
Safe and efficient operation of a 360 excavator
Digging, grading, and moving materials around site
Daily machine checks and reporting faults
Working with site management to keep the build moving
Following all site health & safety procedures
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience operating a 360 excavator
Valid CPCS or NPORS card
Good knowledge of site safety
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
