Job Description
Hill McGlynn is excited to partner with a respected residential contractor to recruit an experienced CPCS 360 Operator for a new build housing project in Beaconsfield.
Responsibilities:
*
Operate 360-degree excavators safely and efficiently on site.
*
Carry out groundworks, including digging trenches, grading, and levelling.
*
Perform daily safety checks and maintain equipment in good working order.
*
Support site teams with general duties when not operating machinery.
*
Follow all health and safety procedures and site protocols.
Skills & Experience:
*
Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket (essential).
*
Experience operating above and below 10 tonnes (preferred).
*
Comfortable working as part of a team and supporting on-ground tasks.
*
Valid CSCS card.
*
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
