360° Material Handler – Permanent Role
Location: Edinburgh, EH5
Pay: £14.00 – £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 | Saturday, 08:00 – 12:00
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Permanent
We are recruiting for a full-time 360° Material Handler to join a well-established scrap metal facility in the Edinburgh area. This is a long-term role in a skilled, close-knit team, with training available for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate 360° machine with magnet, grab, and shear attachments
* Grade and sort scrap metal into appropriate bays
* Load vehicles and RORO containers
* Work efficiently in a small, supportive team environment
* Maintain a clean and safe worksite, adhering to all Health & Safety policies
Requirements:
* Valid 360° Material Handler ticket
* Experience with grab attachments (magnet, grab, shear) highly desirable
* PPE provided on site
* Reliability, safety focus, and willingness to learn essential
Trainees with the right attitude will be considered, with starting pay at £14.00 per hour. Skilled operators with full attachment experience can expect up to £20.00 per hour or moreBefore You Apply
