Job Description
Position: 360 Machine Operator
Location: Northampton (accepting candidates from surrounding areas)
Pay: £20 to £25 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)
Hours: Monday to Friday, with optional weekend work available
About the Role:
We’re looking for skilled and safety-conscious 360 Excavator Operators to join our expanding team. You’ll be working on a variety of construction and civil engineering projects, operating machines above and below 10 tonnes. This is a great opportunity for long-term work with excellent pay and a supportive team environment.
What We Offer:
Excellent Pay: £20–£25/hour based on experience and qualifications
Regular Work: Ongoing projects across multiple sites
Supportive Team: Work with a professional and friendly crew
Overtime Available: Evening and weekend work optional
Key Responsibilities:
Operate 360-degree excavators safely and efficiently
Carry out digging, grading, trenching, and lifting operations
Perform daily machine checks and basic maintenance
Work closely with groundworkers and site supervisors
Follow all health & safety procedures and site protocols
Requirements:
Valid CPCS or NPORS Card with 360 Excavator endorsement
Proven experience operating 360 machines on active sites
Good understanding of site safety and machine operation
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
Own PPE and transport (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
