Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle
Source, screen, and match candidates to suitable opportunities
Proactively generate new business through sales, networking, and market activity
Deliver exceptional service to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships
Run your own desk and take full accountability for your performance – your effort is directly reflected in your earnings
Drive growth within your market through creativity, resilience, and determination
Collaborate with your team to share knowledge and maximise cross-selling opportunities

Previous recruitment experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
