📍 wigan, WN3 | 💼 Full-Time | 🕒 Mon–Fri, Office Hours

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for recruitment? Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant and play a key role in connecting top talent with leading businesses in the industrial sector.

🔧 What You'll Do:

  * Manage the full 360° recruitment process within the industrial sector (warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, etc.)

  * Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits

  * Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the right fit for clients

  * Advertise vacancies, write compelling job specs, and manage job boards

  * Manage candidate compliance, right-to-work checks, and onboarding processes

  * Work to targets and KPIs with the support of a collaborative team

💼 What We’re Looking For:

  * Previous recruitment experience (industrial sector a plus)

  * Confident communicator with strong sales and negotiation skills

  * Organised, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  * A team player with a can-do attitude and a drive to succeed

  * Full UK driving licence
