We’re now looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Bromsgrove office.

What We’re Looking For:
* 1–2 years of experience as a 360 recruiter (any sector considered)
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong client management and candidate sourcing skills
* Someone who thrives on targets, takes ownership of their desk, and wants to grow with the business
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
Working hours - 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5pm. On call 1 weekend out of 4.
