We’re Hiring: 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant – Doncaster
Are you an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant with proven 360 experience? We’re expanding our Industrial division in Doncaster and are looking for a results-driven professional to take on this exciting opportunity.
Location: Doncaster
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
On-Call: 1 in 3 weeks (rota basis)
Requirements: Must hold a full UK driving licence and have own transport
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, with an attractive bonus and commission structure
The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:
As a 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the full recruitment process, from developing new business through to placing high-quality candidates. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle: business development, client relationship management, and candidate sourcing.
* Placing temporary and permanent candidates across the industrial sector, including warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing.
* Conducting client visits, building strong partnerships, and ensuring service levels are consistently exceeded.
* Developing and maintaining a strong candidate database, utilising a variety of sourcing methods.
* Taking part in an on-call rota (1 week in 3), providing support to both clients and candidates outside core hours.
What We’re Looking For:
We want a consultant who is not only experienced, but also driven and passionate about recruitment. Ideally, you will have:
* Previous 360 recruitment experience – industrial sector preferred (warehousing, logistics, manufacturing).
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive and resilient approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle – essential for client visits.
