Job Description
Are you a proven 360 perms or temps recruiter within a professional sector ie Commercial, Finance/Mortgage, Oil and Gas, Sales and Marketing, HR, Technical or any sector where you have had success Are you seeking a role where you can work hybrid in Mansfield? Have total autonomy for your desk? Do you reside in the Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire or Derby region?
Our client is a large independent agency that have been established since 1999 and have more than 70 branches accross the UK and due to their expansion plans they are now seeking an experienced Perms or temps Senior Consultant or Recruitment Consultant who has a successful track record in their specialist market and would like to have no geographical restrictions and cover the whole of the UK.
My client has a very low staff turnover and offers a fun working environment as well as a good work/ life balance and operate with ethics and honesty at the heart of the business and they're all about creating an amazing customer journey and nurturing long-term high-supply relationships.
The ideal candidate must have a proven background and experience within the recruitment industry and within any perms or temps market so it's ideal for a proven, billing driven perms or temps recrutier who has strong skills in business development and winning new business accounts, client management, candidate sourcing and headhunting and vacancy management and who wants to eventually recruit a team around them in the future.
This is a homebased / hybrid role and you can be based anywhere in South Yorkshire or East Midlands however the successful candidate will work from my clients Mansfield Nottinghamshire branch and home..
The successful candidate will be offered a very clear career path, be given total autonmy for your desk/ division this is a very exciting role for an ambitious perms or temps recruiter who is ready to become the architect of their own recruitment career and make a name for themselves and join a recruiter that treat their staff well and reward them financially for their hard work.
