Salary/Rate:
£28,000 - £30,000/annum Top Commission Structure up to 40% of your billings

My client are a small boutique recruiter who are seeking an experienced and proven-successful recruitment consultant within the Renewable Energy space or Technical Engineering sector to bring their knowledge and expertise to the team. This role gives the successful candidate the opportunity to lead your own team in the future and move into a management role . This role also offers an established warm desk that can be built upon and developed to its full potential and you will be building and supporting the growth of my clients Renewable Energy Team or Technical Engineering Team
What will you do:
• Responsible for business development in Renewable Energy or Technical and Engineering temps or perms
• Business /customers meetings
• Recruit a resourcer as your division grows
• Push for Top-Biller status What we are looking for:
• Market: Renewable Energy or Technical and Engineering Perms or Temps
• Proven track record of billings
• Strong Business Development skills to grow the desk to its full potential within recruitment
• Entrepreneurial Mindset to work within their entrepreneurial culture
• Making decisions alongside the management team
• Outstanding rewards & recognition
