A Midlands-based creative agency that combines insightful ideas A Midlands-based creative agency that combines insightful ideas with jaw-dropping creativity to make brands unbeatable is looking for a 3D Artist to create, animate and render realistic 3D scenes, with the opportunity to be involved in the wider production process.
They run an informal, flexible working environment where they'll supply the latest software, professional production equipment, plenty of filming toys and a high spec editing workstation, plus all the coffee you can drink and the occasional pizza. Along with a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, you will also receive a range of benefits including a health cash plan and a 4-day working week upon completion of probation.
What you’ll be doing as 3D Artist:
Working alongside the wider team of videographers, animators, designers and producers your job will be to create branded 3D content for a range of clients, from explainer videos and promotional videos to technical renders and visualisations.
What we’re looking for in a 3D Artist:
This would suit somebody with a background in Graphic Design with an interest in motion design looking to develop their 3D skillset or 3D asset creation (gaming, archviz) who wants to branch out into animation.
You'll need to have:
Experience using Cinema 4D or Blender (or similar package and be willing to learn C4D)
Strong modelling, texturing and lighting skills
An understanding of keyframe animation
Familiarity with the wider Adobe suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Keen attention to detail
It’s a bonus if you have experience in:
Rendering with Octane or Redshift
Editing and composition using After Effects
Character rigging and animation
Dynamics / simulation
Editing and sound design
2D motion graphics / animations
Their purpose-built studio in Telford, Shropshire. Easy access from the motorway and plenty of free parking. This role is office based, but hybrid / flexible working with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office is available during the 6 month probation period on the basis that you will look to relocate in the future.
