3rd Line Support Engineer
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Location: Maidstone
About the Role
Our client is a small to medium sized business who specialise in Managed Services who are looking to grow. We are looking for a 3rd Line support engineer who is happy to help resolve 2nd line network issues as well as 3rd Line, daily tasks can range from a printer failure to a P1.
The company are based near Maidstone and operate a 24/7 Service desk.
This role requires all engineers to be on a shift rotation which is spread fairly across the team.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills
Able to work under pressure, previous MSP experience is desirable
Active Directory and Group Policy.
VMWare or Hyper-V
Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Hardware PC builds
Antivirus, Web-Filtering and Backup software
Good Network knowledge with WAN, LAN, VLAN, VPN, WLAN, Switches, Routers, Firewalls.
