7.5 Tonne Delivery Driver – Exeter

Location: Exeter 
Hours: 48 hours per week | 5 days out of 7 (rota basis)

Are you a reliable and customer-focused 7.5 Tonne Driver looking for your next opportunity? Our client, based in Exeter, is seeking a professional 7.5 Tonne Delivery Driver to join their busy home delivery team.

Working as part of a two-person crew, you'll be delivering furniture, electrical goods, appliances, and other household products directly to customers' homes. This is a physically active role that combines safe driving, teamwork, and excellent customer service.

The Role
As a 7.5 Tonne Delivery Driver, you will:

Safely operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle in line with all road transport legislation.
Complete daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
Deliver goods to customers' homes safely, efficiently, and on time.
Load and unload heavy and bulky items with your delivery partner.
Complete delivery paperwork accurately and use delivery management systems.
Provide outstanding customer service on every delivery.
Keep your vehicle clean, safe, and roadworthy.
Comply with Driver Hours regulations and Digital Tachograph requirements at all times.What We're Looking For Essential:

Full UK Category C1 (7.5 Tonne) Driving Licence.
Valid Driver CPC qualification.
Digital Tachograph Card.
Good knowledge of UK road transport regulations.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to carry out physically demanding work, including heavy lifting.Desirable:

Previous multi-drop or home delivery experience.About YouYou'll be:
