Job Description
We are currently recruiting 7.5 Tonne drivers to work on a number of attractive vacancies for a well known furniture distributor, running out of their modern depot in Warrington.
Joining this supportive and friendly team on a permanent full time basis, will give you access to industry leading employee perks as well as an extremely competitive annual salary, subject to completion of temp to perm and probationary periods. Working from Tuesday to Saturday each week, you will be responsible for the safe delivery and assembly of a range of furniture items to homes across the North West, as part of a 2 person delivery team. Beginning at 6am every day, shifts typically last 8-9 hours, allowing you to finish work at a favourable time in the afternoon.
This is a customer facing role, so applicants must be friendly and willing to represent the business in a positive manner at all times. Additionally, drivers must be physically fit in order to lift a number of large items during deliveries. Due to insurance purposes, we cannot accept drivers with DR, IN or TT related licence endorsements.
