Job Description

M4 Specialist are recruiting experienced 7.5 tonne / HGV Class 2 home delivery drivers for our client, a national distributor of home furnishings, based in Warrington. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity delivering to residential homes across the North of England
Shift Details:
  * Working shifts between Monday to Saturday
  * Start times between 05:00 – 06:30
Pay Rate:
  * £14.50 per hour – when perm salary is £36,037 per annum
Driver Requirements:
  * Valid 7.5 tonne / HGV Class 2 licence
  * Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tacho Card
  * Maximum of 6 minor penalty points
  * Over 25 years of age (insurance purposes)
  * Good level of spoken and written English
  * Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  * Excellent customer service skills
  * Current DBS applied for within the last 3 months
  * Happy to work with a drivers mate
Role Responsibilities:
  * Delivering home furnishings to residential homes
  * Off-loading deliveries via handball, pallet truck, or **barrow
