7.5 Delivery Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid commercial driving licence and have experience in Multidrop delivery driving. This role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring that all deliveries are completed on time while adhering to all road safety regulations.
Working: Monday to Friday From 8am till 5pm/6pm
Paying: £15.07
Responsibilities
* Operate a 7.5 tonne lorry for the delivery/collection of goods to various locations
* Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo, including flatbed deliveries
* Conduct pre-journey vehicle checks to ensure compliance with safety standards
* Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
* Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules
* Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
* Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Requirements
* Valid UK commercial driving licence (C1 category)
* Proven experience as a delivery driver
* Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices
* Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
* Ability to perform manual handling tasks as required by the role
* Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
* Flexibility to work varied hours as required by the delivery schedule
