7.5t Delivery Driver
* Newcastle upon Tyne
* £13.30 per hour
* Temp to perm
* Mon - Fri - start time 7am
* Weekly pay
* 40+ hours per week
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods to various locations.
This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and adherence to all road safety regulations.

Responsibilities
* Operate a 7.5 tonne lorry for the delivery of goods to designated locations.
* Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining high standards of customer service.
* Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
* Load and unload goods, ensuring they are secured properly for transport.
* Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork.
* Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
* Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
* Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading and unloading processes.
Qualifications
* Valid UK driving licence with a category C1 entitlement (7.5 tonne).
* Must hold CPC& Digi Card
* A good understanding of road safety regulations.
