7.5T Driver – Construction Materials (Temporary Contract)
Location: South Norfolk
Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
Contract Dates: 28th November – 24th December | Monday to Friday
About the Company:
Our client is a large, well-established construction firm providing sustainable solutions for major construction and infrastructure projects across the UK. They are dedicated to supporting environmentally responsible developments and maintaining high standards of service and safety across all operations.
The Role:
We’re currently seeking an experienced 7.5T Driver to support material deliveries and collections across various sites in Norfolk.
You’ll be responsible for:
*
Collecting and delivering construction materials to and from project sites.
*
Starting and finishing each day at the depot.
*
Ensuring all delivery records are accurately logged using booking and “been abouts” spreadsheets.
*
Safely operating and maintaining the 7.5T vehicle in accordance with company and legal requirements.
Requirements:
*
Valid 7.5T (Category C1) Driving Licence
*
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
*
Previous experience in construction or site delivery driving preferred
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Hours & Duration:
*
Contract Dates: Friday 28th November – Tuesday 24th December -possibly extended
*
Days: Monday to Friday
*
Location: South Norfolk
