Job Description
We’re looking for a confident and reliable driver who enjoys working as part of a 2-person crew and can provide excellent customer service with every delivery. Heavy lifting is part of the role, so candidates should be physically fit and ready to take on a hands-on position. This role does not have parking facilities but has fantastic tube connections.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate 7.5T vehicles safely and efficiently
* Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure compliance and safety
* Follow WTD, driver hours, and rest period regulations
* Deliver high-end furniture with a professional “white glove” service
* Carry out light joinery tasks such as assembling beds or fitting bases at customer locations
* Support the London showroom with general labouring and maintenance when required
What We’re Looking For
* Valid CAT C1 / 7.5T license
* Minimum 1 years’ experience operating 7.5T vehicles
* Valid DQC and digital tachograph card
* No more than 6 points on your license (no DD, CD, DR, IN, or TT codes accepted)
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
