7.5T Driver – Multi-drop Parcel Delivery | Bicester | Temp to Perm | Start Immediately

Are you an experienced 7.5-tonne driver based in or around Bicester? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a well-established logistics operation, delivering parcels across the local area. This temp-to-perm role offers a fantastic chance to secure steady work with immediate starts available, ideal for drivers looking to keep busy and build a long-term career.

You’ll be responsible for timely, safe deliveries, working independently across Bicester and surrounding locations. If you’ve previously worked for companies like Hermes, DHL, or Yodel, this could be the perfect role for you!

Your key responsibilities will include:

  * Driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle safely and efficiently on multi-drop parcel delivery routes

  * Planning your daily routes around Bicester and nearby towns to maximise efficiency

  * Delivering excellent customer service during every interaction

  * Conducting basic vehicle checks to maintain safety standards

  * Reporting any issues with vehicle or deliveries promptly to management

  * Adhering to all health and safety, traffic, and company regulations

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  * A valid 7.5T driving licence and a clean driving record

  * Previous experience in multi-drop parcel delivery or a similar driving role

  * Strong time management skills and reliability

  * Good communication and customer service attitude

  * Availability to start immediately and work on a temp-to-perm basis

  * Knowledge of the Bicester area or willingness to learn routes quickly
