7.5T Delivery & Installation Driver - Aylesbury
Pay: £14.50 - £17.00 per hour (PAYE/Umbrella)
Location: Aylesbury (HP22)
Hours: 45 hours per week, start time 6:45 AM - working on a rota across 7 days
Looking for a driving role that's more than just driving?
Berry Recruitment are on the lookout for experienced 7.5T drivers who can bring great customer service and a positive attitude to a busy delivery and installation team in Aylesbury.
What you'll be doing:
You won't just be behind the wheel - you'll be the face of the brand, delivering and installing items like white goods, TVs, and cookers into customers' homes.
Deliver, install and demo electrical appliances safely and professionally
Chat with customers, keep them in the loop, and make sure everything's just right
Use the handheld device (Savvy) to manage your delivery schedule and get customer sign-offs
Work closely with your site team to adapt to changes during the day
Load and unload the van safely, adjusting as deliveries are made
Follow road rules, safety procedures, and best practice at all timesWhat we're looking for:
You've got a great attitude and care about doing the job well
Good communication skills - you're confident speaking to customers face-to-face and over the phone
Comfortable working solo or with a teammate - you're reliable either way
Physically fit and capable of lifting and installing larger items
You take pride in safe driving and following the rulesWhat you'll need:
A full UK/EU C1 licence (up to 6 points allowed)
Valid Digital Tacho card
CPC qualification (Driver Qualification Card - desirable but not essential)
