Job Description
Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for 7.5t Drivers to work for our client in the Birmingham area.
This is a temporary role that could lead to permanent role for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
Previous experience with curtain and boxed vehicles is essential.
Delivering throughout the UK, between 1 to 4 drops and collections each day.
You will be driving between (Apply online only) miles a day.
Keeping in regular contact with the office regarding arrival and departure from sites.
Dealing with any changes to the delivery and liaising with the office.
To comply with legislation requirements and company policy and procedures
Work along a drivers mate
Work in a safe manner
Regular completion of vehicle checksRequirements:
Valid Driving License
Ensure all H&S regulations are adhered too
Ability to read, understand and follow directions / instructions
Knowledge of EU driving regulations
Excellent customer service
Flexibility to work different shift patterns with and variable start and finish times
Ability to work in a physically demanding and challenging environmentMonday to Friday, occasional weekends if required.
You must hold a full UK Driving Licence.
£12.75 to £16.00 per hour.
