Job Description
7.5 Tonne Driver - Temp to Perm
Huddersfield | £12.50ph (up to 37 hrs) | £16.66ph overtime
We're recruiting an experienced 7.5T Driver for a temp-to-perm role with a leading sheet metal distribution company.
The Role:
Delivering sheet metal across the region, 5-7 drops per day
Local runs plus occasional long-distance (e.g. Newcastle, Scarborough)
Monday to Thursday, 07:00 starts - No Fridays or Weekend work!
Palletised loads - very little handball required
✅ Requirements:
Valid 7.5T (C1) licence, CPC & Digi Tacho
At least 6 months experience driving 7.5T vehicles
Good communication & reliability
💷 Pay & Benefits:
£12.50 per hour (first 37 hours)
£16.66 per hour (after 37 hours)
Weekly pay while through the agency
Clear temp-to-perm route
