We’re excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client – a respected and established firm within the HVAC industry – for an A/C & Refrigeration Working Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a hands-on supervisory role that combines technical expertise with team leadership, in a company that truly values progression and quality workmanship.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team of engineers across installation, reactive maintenance, and small to medium-sized projects
* Collaborate closely with the Projects Manager to allocate workloads, meet deadlines, and uphold quality standards
* Oversee site health & safety procedures and ensure compliance
* Coordinate materials and subcontractors for project delivery
* Attend call-outs and support engineers during busy periods when required
* Create risk assessments and attend site meetings as needed
* Maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Trade qualifications in A/C and Refrigeration
* Solid background working with a range of HVAC systems and manufacturers
* Experience leading small teams or acting as a senior/lead engineer
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A hands-on, proactive mindset with a commitment to quality and safety
* Full UK driving licence
