Job Description
Air Conditioning / Chiller Engineer - Berkshire / Buckinghamshire / Hertfordshire - £50,000 We are seeking a skilled and motivated AC and Chiller Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of air conditioning systems and commercial chillers across a range of commercial and industrial sites. Key Responsibilities:
Service, repair, and maintain a variety of air conditioning and chiller systems (including VRV/VRF, split systems, and water-cooled chillers)
Carry out fault diagnosis and rectify issues effectively
Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
Complete installation and commissioning of new systems when required
Work in compliance with all relevant health & safety legislation and company procedures
Accurately complete service reports and job sheets
Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationshipsPackage:
Salary to £50,000 DOE
Door to Door Pay, 40-hour week
On Call pay & £150 P/W standby allowance
28 Days holiday plus bank holidays

VanRequirements for the role:
Time Served Apprenticeship
Proven experience as an AC and/or Chiller Engineer (3+ years preferred)
F-Gas certification (Category 1) – essential
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and refrigeration cycles
Full UK driving licence (for mobile roles)
Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
